Pros

Good people to work with and for what they do is just astonishing what they build. Every contract that they take on is a custom tunnel boring machine that fits the customers needs

Cons

Hard to advance if you are good at what you do. Raises have not happened in awhile along with bonuses. Financially unstable. A lot of contracts have not been paid off that is owed to the Robbins Company resulting in materials being put on credit hold cause they are not making the money from the contracts.

Extremely great and knowledgeable coworkers and field workers. Most employees have been here for 5 - 30 years and are experienced in their fields. Great family history and decades of concern for the welfare of their workers.
