A lot of variety in day to day design challenges. Individuals have a lot of design input. Benefits are good.

Cons

Time lines can be tight, requiring extra work to complete on time. Manufacturing and assembly is done outside of the country which makes it difficult to learn the machines.

Extremely great and knowledgeable coworkers and field workers. Most employees have been here for 5 - 30 years and are experienced in their fields. Great family history and decades of concern for the welfare of their workers.
