Pros
Competitive Benefits without vision. Offer's quality of life...without the work or sales there is little responsibility and zero stress to complete projects on time. It is difficult to remain busy for 8 hours a day.
Cons
The owner is not an Entrepreneur. For those who are one know the secret to becoming one and will understand this declaration. Supplier relationships are non-existent as they cannot pay their bills. The customer is allowed to run the business with every contract signed. Professionalism is extinct and the sales group is weak. Employees are not supported by upper management or given the empowerment to make decisions. With declining sales and zero cash flow this company cannot provide a upward career move.
