Upper management leadership is non-existent, employee morale worse than ever, cannot pay their bills and is on credit-hold with most suppliers thus cannot produce anything on time.

Extremely great and knowledgeable coworkers and field workers. Most employees have been here for 5 - 30 years and are experienced in their fields. Great family history and decades of concern for the welfare of their workers.
