Pros
SAVO sits all alone as the leader in the Sales Enablement space, a great place to be. Dominating a market is a huge strength for a company. Lots of leadership changes in 2015, putting the company on the path to success. Lots of new blood and exciting new products coming. The company is very open and willing to change and they let managers and employees own a lot of the decision making process. Fantastic office space, in a new building right in the loop. Lots of perks. Generous time off and work/life balance.
Cons
Some bumps, particularly in the development organization, with the transformation to Agile. Leading to some former devs posting bad reviews and talking bad about SAVO. Turning an organization takes time--so patience (particularly among development) is required. SAVO gives you a lot of control over what you want to work on and do, and if you're not willing to get involved and do something to solve a problem -- instead of just complaining about it -- you may want to look elsewhere
