- If you carefully read the most "Great place for good devs to flourish" post, you'll see how out-of-touch this engineering. team at SAVO is, especially compared to what some of the other companies are doing with AWS. No wonder they are still having issues with recruiting, hence the previous post. - The company is not a sandbox to improve your coding skills...sellers need more than half-baked sandbox code to grow revenue. - Numbers say it all: revenues have significantly declined over the past 3 years. Sales teams struggling to sell SAVO software and there is much frustration with customers. I think it is too late to expect new software will be ready in 1 year. - Stop blaming the people that have left, because that's the easiest excuse.
