Pros
-The opportunity for growth- you can take yourself wherever you put your mind to -The diverse group of like-minded senior managers. We all are here for more than just a paycheck-we love our company and our mission -While some are here seasonally, investing in our long-term leads/supervisors is so rewarding because you get to watch your people grow and improve in their personal and professional life! -The enriching environment with our employees. We have such a diverse group of people and it is eye-opening to see how many truly different types of people we employee -The level of investment in senior and hourly management from regional and corporate management (including site visits, knowing our names and interests and the mentorship program)
Cons
-Being a seasonal job is difficult because you develop relationships and care for the seasonal staff that we unfortunately can't give hours to during the slow season -Unbalanced distribution of workload -Not being able to offer full-time benefit eligible positions to those who do a lot for us -Long hours -Not being able to pay a competitive amount for A-team line and cashier staff (even though we are industry competitive)
