Pros

I learned a lot as a visual merchandising manager. Always opportunities for overtime and it was always something to do to keep busy.

Cons

There was not much training or development. Also felt management did not really pay attention to what went on with employees. If a concern was voiced there was not much action taken on behalf of the employee. Also, there is no follow up with why employees quit.

Pros

Zoo is or should be a Happy place It starts off fun until you see You do most of the work and get nominal hours- bad pay- nasty rude environment

Cons

Angry Nasty ops managers who use you all over the park for work non food related and in roles that is not Food Prep- no thank you- they cut your hours constantly for low turnout
