Pros

Full-time was available and room for advancement.

Cons

You may be scheduled to come in at 8 AM but would be called at 7:30 to not come in till 10AM. You had to be extremely flexible and be ready to be called out if it rained. No overtime.

Due to the seasonality of our business, it can be very difficult to manage staff levels, especially when unplanned turbulent weather hits. We are looking to introduce some tools real soon that will improve the way that we schedule and help our managers better communicate with our team members.

Pros

Zoo is or should be a Happy place It starts off fun until you see You do most of the work and get nominal hours- bad pay- nasty rude environment

Cons

Angry Nasty ops managers who use you all over the park for work non food related and in roles that is not Food Prep- no thank you- they cut your hours constantly for low turnout
