We have been working diligently to improve our training program. We're currently testing an onboarding and training app at several locations. We've also added a bunch of resources on our internal hub. Ask your management team some of the new cool things being introduced by the People Department

Pros

Zoo is or should be a Happy place It starts off fun until you see You do most of the work and get nominal hours- bad pay- nasty rude environment

Cons

Angry Nasty ops managers who use you all over the park for work non food related and in roles that is not Food Prep- no thank you- they cut your hours constantly for low turnout
