ooh boy, is it terrible working here. there's no communication between supervisors if the supervisor or even the general manager is having a bad day, you're all gonna have a bad day (including firing people just because he's upset about something unrelated) all of the supervisors are over worked because some of them saw the light and left, and they refuse to replace them, spreading everyone more thin they give out raises arbitrarily, good luck getting an annual inflation raise. actually, good luck getting a performance review, period. I've seen other people ask for them, and it'll be scheduled, but somehow only on days that we're so busy that no one can take the time to have the meeting. I've seen this done numerous times. Management is very cheap. I get that it's a business, but usually the negative effects fall on you.
