Pros
Plenty of hours available. You're rarely doing the same thing from one day to the next, so the job is always interesting. Management are generally good people. Because I was hired late in the season and they were desperate for help, I (and others hired at the same time as me) was hired at a slightly higher-than-minimum wage- most non-management people start at minimum. Surprisingly, I was even able to put in a decent amount of overtime.
Cons
The hours were available because they were woefully understaffed; this is also the reason I never did the same thing day to day. Overtime was available because you can give seasonal workers overtime without benefits, unlike non-seasonal workers.
