*Career opening opportunities *Coaching mentality-ALWAYS *At the end of the day we are a like a big family *Fun loving atmosphere

Cons

At this point the only cons that I can come up with is work from home opportunities aren't available immediately upon joining the team. The nice thing though is that the conversation is on the table to explore being able to do so in the future. There are also long time employees that have proven their capabilities and dedication and those are allowed to occasionally work from home.

- some great staff, knowledgeable and helpful - easy timesheet submissions - overall easy hiring process

Cons

- not all staff are great, some are rude and lack respect - not many opportunities outside of the one they reached out to you about
