Don't get paid competitively Sometime expected to work longer hours than paid for, and to pitch in where you don't normally work There's a double tier system in place, if you're an officer, you get better benefits, hours, pay, treatment, etc. then regular employees, and most people that are officers have been born into the culture-their families were Salvation Army officers
