Pros

Pay was good and so were the bonuses. It was fun working with the students. I miss my coworkers.

Cons

The corporate office thinks your work is you life. And do not care about their employees. If theydid care, they would have notified me my cobra company was changing and given me the name and address to mail my payments, but they haven't. The last time I was able to speak to hr was Jan. And it's now Mar. In spite of numerous emails and calls. Thank goodness I've found a job with benefits.

Pros

Employee friendly, personable management, tons of opportunities for growth, financially stable private company, extremely knowledgeable management and employees, understanding of life happening.

Cons

Prefer in office rather than hybrid or remote, benefits tiered more to young single employees than for experienced or longer career employees.

Pros

Competitive bonus compensation Good benefits package Good comradery with fellow GM/PM's

Cons

Zero upwards accountability for management past the site level Horrific HR department that makes it impossible to hold reports accountable Favoritism is rampant and will destroy jobs Claims a culture of "Go-Getters" when in reality they say this to abuse your work-life balance to the highest degree COO is completely out of touch with his workforce and makes changes off of vibes
