Pros

The overall corporation is decent, they have beautiful properties and the managers I worked around were decent minus one.

Cons

When the property showed trouble, they came around to see what the problem was which was nice. The corporation wanted to help at the very bottom. However, I'm sure they realized how horrible, unprofessional, and rude the manager of the property was and didn't do anything about it. I'm pretty sure she's still there.

Pros

Employee friendly, personable management, tons of opportunities for growth, financially stable private company, extremely knowledgeable management and employees, understanding of life happening.

Cons

Prefer in office rather than hybrid or remote, benefits tiered more to young single employees than for experienced or longer career employees.

Pros

Competitive bonus compensation Good benefits package Good comradery with fellow GM/PM's

Cons

Zero upwards accountability for management past the site level Horrific HR department that makes it impossible to hold reports accountable Favoritism is rampant and will destroy jobs Claims a culture of "Go-Getters" when in reality they say this to abuse your work-life balance to the highest degree COO is completely out of touch with his workforce and makes changes off of vibes
