      Commission on leases You can live on property (but no discount and not for free) (only managers live free - but they are paid more)

      Cons

      CAs do managers jobs Commission will get messed up and wont be paid on time (there is ALWAYS going to be something wrong with the commission system. JTurner bonuses wont get paid (+$200) SO MANY EXCUSES on the corporate level as well ad management level

      Employee friendly, personable management, tons of opportunities for growth, financially stable private company, extremely knowledgeable management and employees, understanding of life happening.

      Cons

      Prefer in office rather than hybrid or remote, benefits tiered more to young single employees than for experienced or longer career employees.

      Zero upwards accountability for management past the site level Horrific HR department that makes it impossible to hold reports accountable Favoritism is rampant and will destroy jobs Claims a culture of "Go-Getters" when in reality they say this to abuse your work-life balance to the highest degree COO is completely out of touch with his workforce and makes changes off of vibes
