      I have worked for some of the key management company's in Student Housing and I can say that The Scion Group is by far the best company I've worked for. Hard work is the tip of the iceberg when describing the work ethic of the employees of this company. The corporate support that is offered is effective, efficient and thoughtful. They give you the tools to not only succeed but grow as an individual.

      Cons

      The company is growing at an amazingly fast pace. But with every change and addition, developing practices and procedures are put into place to make sure that we succeed individually and as a whole.

      Employee friendly, personable management, tons of opportunities for growth, financially stable private company, extremely knowledgeable management and employees, understanding of life happening.

      Cons

      Prefer in office rather than hybrid or remote, benefits tiered more to young single employees than for experienced or longer career employees.

      Zero upwards accountability for management past the site level Horrific HR department that makes it impossible to hold reports accountable Favoritism is rampant and will destroy jobs Claims a culture of "Go-Getters" when in reality they say this to abuse your work-life balance to the highest degree COO is completely out of touch with his workforce and makes changes off of vibes
