Pros

The Scion Group is growing extremely fast yet continues to focus on training and ensure everyone is on the same page. This is a direct correlation to how organized the company. There isn’t a day that goes by that I take for granted working for a company that truly cares about their employees. I have been working in student housing for a long time and The Scion Group invests in their employees to become strong proactive leaders. Everyday there are challenges we face however, we have the support needed to overcome any obstacle...which makes our jobs so rewarding. Also, work hard and it will not go unnoticed! The growth opportunities are endless.

Cons

I have noticed many people complain that the demands are high working with The Scion Group. You are absolutely correct! The demands may be high but the rewards are even greater! The skill set one receives with this company is incomparable to any student housing company out there. The Scion Group is NOT a mediocre student housing company. They challenge their employees to be the best they possibly can be. Therefore, if you are not willing to work hard then don’t apply with them. They are looking for the best of the best who will work hard and get the job done yet able to have a healthy life balance.
