Pros

Commission is $20/new lease and $25/renewal lease. The property I was employed at signed an upwards of around 20 leases a month. This added great additional cash on top of the $9/hour we were already paid

Cons

The way the commission was decided was a little unfair and the job can be very demanding because we had to give work numbers to all prospective residents. They could contact us at any time, so I had to work even when I wasn't at work. This wasn't great for my school schedule.

Pros

Employee friendly, personable management, tons of opportunities for growth, financially stable private company, extremely knowledgeable management and employees, understanding of life happening.

Cons

Prefer in office rather than hybrid or remote, benefits tiered more to young single employees than for experienced or longer career employees.

Pros

Competitive bonus compensation Good benefits package Good comradery with fellow GM/PM's

Cons

Zero upwards accountability for management past the site level Horrific HR department that makes it impossible to hold reports accountable Favoritism is rampant and will destroy jobs Claims a culture of "Go-Getters" when in reality they say this to abuse your work-life balance to the highest degree COO is completely out of touch with his workforce and makes changes off of vibes
