      On-site staff was always pleasant and hard-working.

      Cons

      I began working for Scion in 2020–which was, admittedly, a difficult year for the majority of us. I’ve worked in the industry for about five years in various roles, but one of the head regional managers made my—but personally and professionally—an absolute nightmare. I would get calls over minor issues at all hours of the night and day. If I did not answer or respond immediately, even if it was after-hours, my loyalty to the company and my position would be questioned. The job itself was enjoyable, but the management made the experience unrelentingly toxic and unprofessional.

      Pros

      Employee friendly, personable management, tons of opportunities for growth, financially stable private company, extremely knowledgeable management and employees, understanding of life happening.

      Cons

      Prefer in office rather than hybrid or remote, benefits tiered more to young single employees than for experienced or longer career employees.

      Competitive bonus compensation Good benefits package Good comradery with fellow GM/PM's

      Zero upwards accountability for management past the site level Horrific HR department that makes it impossible to hold reports accountable Favoritism is rampant and will destroy jobs Claims a culture of "Go-Getters" when in reality they say this to abuse your work-life balance to the highest degree COO is completely out of touch with his workforce and makes changes off of vibes
