Pros

They do pay relatively well, and if you can handle being treated like a robot and not a person there is room for growth. You just gotta be kind of slithery to move up and not care if you work with soulless individuals who will curse your team out instead of speaking to them like a rational adult.

Cons

They have so many rules and regulations that don't make sense and can make your job very difficult at times. Only real way for growth is to get "In' with the upper management and be on their good side. If they tell you something, or offer you a bonus, get it in writing. My whole full time team only got half of what was originally stated and a lot of the improvements they said they were going to never happened. I think they do that just to get you on the hook and excited and then they come in and way underbid you. It's not a very friendly environment but if you don't car about that, then that's fine I guess. They are just very hypocritical and talk a big game but it's all just a smoke screen.

Pros

Employee friendly, personable management, tons of opportunities for growth, financially stable private company, extremely knowledgeable management and employees, understanding of life happening.

Cons

Prefer in office rather than hybrid or remote, benefits tiered more to young single employees than for experienced or longer career employees.
