Pros

The company is off for all major holidays, and we eventually got Saturdays off. It's fun working in student housing as a recent graduate.

Cons

I absolutely hated my management team. My general manager (Whitney Hayes) was very mean and nasty to me. She created a hostile work environment, and I felt bullied a lot. The company also cut their marketing outbound budget, which took away a "fun" aspect of the job. I also feel like the whole process of "TURN" is illegal due to the workload (10-12 hour work days for 3 weeks straight, no off days).

Employee friendly, personable management, tons of opportunities for growth, financially stable private company, extremely knowledgeable management and employees, understanding of life happening.

Cons

Prefer in office rather than hybrid or remote, benefits tiered more to young single employees than for experienced or longer career employees.

Competitive bonus compensation Good benefits package Good comradery with fellow GM/PM's

Cons

Zero upwards accountability for management past the site level Horrific HR department that makes it impossible to hold reports accountable Favoritism is rampant and will destroy jobs Claims a culture of "Go-Getters" when in reality they say this to abuse your work-life balance to the highest degree COO is completely out of touch with his workforce and makes changes off of vibes
