On-site management is great and do their best to assist and foster a community that is beneficial to both residents and employees. However, the ego that plagues upper management from corporate would leave a bad taste in anyones mouth. They aren't involved in areas in which they should be but are overbearing in areas that don't require attention. Opportunities for growth are far and few in between as they only hire those that tell them what they want to hear. Better off not asking for opportunities, advice, or raises as it will be met with promises that they "will do anything in their power to make sure you don't get promoted." Retaliation should be expected if you ever try to address concerns. Overall horrible experience as even the work itself incentives you to make the resident's life horrible by pushing for charges, collections, and evictions.
