      Pros

      Individual properties can vary, but you get to learn a lot about the property, leasing, customer relations, and the corporate structure. They are typically very keen on hiring from within, so it is possible to climb the ladder very easily.

      Cons

      While management within properties is usually very good, corporate is another story. Deadlines often change, work practices change frequently, and funding for the properties themselves seems to be very low causing some headache for employees at the property level.

      Pros

      Employee friendly, personable management, tons of opportunities for growth, financially stable private company, extremely knowledgeable management and employees, understanding of life happening.

      Cons

      Prefer in office rather than hybrid or remote, benefits tiered more to young single employees than for experienced or longer career employees.

      Competitive bonus compensation Good benefits package Good comradery with fellow GM/PM's

      Cons

      Zero upwards accountability for management past the site level Horrific HR department that makes it impossible to hold reports accountable Favoritism is rampant and will destroy jobs Claims a culture of "Go-Getters" when in reality they say this to abuse your work-life balance to the highest degree COO is completely out of touch with his workforce and makes changes off of vibes
