Pros

This company has an extremely relaxed dress code, fairly flexible hours with the potential for telecommuting, and a convenient location. There is a lot of opportunity for overtime as an hourly employee.

Cons

New employees are sometimes misled to believe there are currently benefits which no longer exist. The company gives the illusion of having great career advancement; however, while it is possible to "move up" in one's title, getting a "promotion" yields a lower hourly wage for many people. As one is promoted, they change from being hourly to salaried, and some salaried employees are grossly exploited, working up to 60 hours a week. It is possible to languish in this job for years without being promoted, but one can also get several promotions and only manage to increase his or her wages by a few thousand dollars a year. This company has continued to cut benefit after benefit in the past two years, culminating in a pay cut for all employees. Some of the managers are overbearing and don't treat the employees as adults. The company has a ridiculously high turnover, sometimes as many as three people in a week. The management refuses to admit there is any problem, and they are professional spin doctors. They make many pathetic attempts at improving employee morale, while insisting that the problem is individual people and their bad attitudes. Their choice of whom to promote seems arbitrary to most people, and they have demoted other people who were competent and good workers.

Pros

Need further review. I keep going back to the group (s) and counted per images of FTE and background.

Cons

Not much diversity. Anyone that goes on their page can see not much if all diversity.
