The culture of the company is great. You will find yourself working with great people that truly devote to teamwork, knowledge share, and leadership.

Cons

Nothing significant worth mentioning as a con. I will restate the advice to management here: I wish to see the company put more weigh on the technology growth aspect and increase its budget in that area.
