Pros

A job if you need one. Some nice people there. Many have worked there their entire life. A lot of old people there.

Cons

Hot sweaty fast paced. Only a 20 minute break per 8 hours. Tough attendance policy. Terrible benifits. Many better places to work.

upper management can get a bit scatterbrained but seem to always come back to earth. dying industry but is still going strong for the time being

Not much diversity. Anyone that goes on their page can see not much if all diversity.
