Pros

My experience with upper management has been pleasant. They do seem to be making an effort to make the company more transparent.

Cons

Some of middle management is a concern. Promotions and advances in employment are promised, but never really provided. When it's time for a promotion group leaders have more sway than the should with the decision, and in my experience the decision is based on how well you get along with the group leader, rather than performance. Hard work can be overlooked, and personal favorites get all the recognition.

upper management can get a bit scatterbrained but seem to always come back to earth. dying industry but is still going strong for the time being

Need further review. I keep going back to the group (s) and counted per images of FTE and background.

Cons

Not much diversity. Anyone that goes on their page can see not much if all diversity.
