Pros

The factory is clean and there is a good enough emphasis on safety.

Cons

There are old machines that management (or owners) will not replace. Production is often halted and employees have the frustrating task of trying to rig the machine to get it to work. This entire process slows down productivity.

upper management can get a bit scatterbrained but seem to always come back to earth. dying industry but is still going strong for the time being

Not much diversity. Anyone that goes on their page can see not much if all diversity.
