This is a pretty nice place to work. It seems most of management care for their employee's. Most employees are pretty cool

Cons

Pay could be more . Raises could be a lot more and more frequent. Hard to be promoted no matter how hard you work.

upper management can get a bit scatterbrained but seem to always come back to earth. dying industry but is still going strong for the time being

Not much diversity. Anyone that goes on their page can see not much if all diversity.
