Pros

Free food, one could easily get away with talking about literally anything or doing anything in the back because most managers were not present

Cons

Not paid enough for the amount of labor we put in, especially when doing closing shifts. Working with college kids means unnecessary oversharing, not a lot of consistency thru out the multiple managers… most managers understanding but some either lashed out irrationally or had very little assertion skills

People here look out for each other, and leadership is approachable and supportive. I’ve grown more here in a year than I did in several years at past jobs Leadership communicates openly and genuinely listens to feedback

Cons

Like any fast‑paced environment, it can get busy, but that's the restaurant business
