Not applicable in this case, sadly. Some of my coworkers ended up being pretty chill and great though!

Cons

It's better to just stay as a tipped employee, as you'll both make more money AND you don't have to deal with the management politics/BS on top of it.

People here look out for each other, and leadership is approachable and supportive. I’ve grown more here in a year than I did in several years at past jobs Leadership communicates openly and genuinely listens to feedback

Like any fast‑paced environment, it can get busy, but that's the restaurant business
