Pros
Convenient Very flexible schedule, great for college students. Pretty easy to learn tasks Good community/comraderie with other UVM students
Cons
Poor management and communication- constantly changing management with different rules and expectations that are not clearly communicated. TINY kitchen, can't really fit the number of staff it requires to run smoothly... too many cooks in the kithcen yet not enough to efficiently make orders in a rush... Not the best safety and cleanliness... Although tasks not difficult to learn... not much in the way of teaching- new employees often taught by other new employees... Things are constantly breaking and slow to get fixed- big things, like the whole refridgeration of the line was down so we were using bins of ice for weeks to keep the food cold.
