Pros

-quality area manager/team lead -collaboration with fellow new team members -bilingual opportunities based on student population

Cons

-low compensation -minimal opportunities for PTO and days off during the school year (district employees receive 15 days, we received 5) -I had to outright present data from Glassdoor (based on the area I was contracted to and my years of experience) to back up my argument for salary re-negotiation

* Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

Cons

* There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.

You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

Cons

Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
