I accepted this job as a new graduate and the staff has been so helpful in answering my questions. The hours are great and the notes are easy to write too

Cons

you don’t get paid when school is closed and have little say in which school yuo get placed in district

* Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

Cons

* There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.

You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

Cons

Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
