Cheap; demeaning - Supervisor The Stepping Stones Group Employee Review

Pros

They offer some flexible schedules

Cons

Very very stingy with pay. Always finding excuses to deny you a raise or a bonus, they’ll even deny you a cost of living adjustment (how on earth does that legally happen??). Anything money related is weird with them. They only wanna praise you with a stupid “shoutout” on teams. I was even discouraged from moving up, being told I “wouldn’t like” the position.

Cons

* There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.
