Pros

Semi-decent pay When first being hired quick communication

Cons

After being hired very low communication. Going into second year didn't tell until a day before the start date that the school district didn't renew all of the previous contracts. They then 'looked' for other jobs but slowly ghosted until they asked to be paid back for the insurance from during the time they 'looked'.

Cons

* There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.
