Pros

Contracts are handled for you W2 positions DCFSA & FSA options available

Cons

Don't offer 401k matching health insurance is steep raises are still pretty low compared to what they're getting paid for contracts Stipends don't really cover much as far as licensure goes. getting virtual testing material is a headache recruiters are hard to get to respond once you sign your contract

Pros

* Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

Cons

* There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.
