      Really great logistical team to help with billing and scheduling. My mentor is always accessible

      Cons

      Billing systems are multi-step. Notes have to be put into multiple systems. Documentation is time consuming and unpaid

      * Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

      Cons

      * There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
