      Pros

      I started with a company that SSG acquired. Loved them and felt supported.

      Cons

      Lack of support. Even when communication is strong and support was being asked for. Had to negotiate for every cent I got. As a CF, I was working 15 hour days to keep up with my caseload. Got let go when they found out I was pregnant.

      * Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

      Cons

      * There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
