      Pros

      I love the team aspect and the connections. I've worked at several companies over the years and school districts as well. This company has by far exceeded my expectations regarding how a company can work as a unified team by supporting new staff and each other. I am proud to be a part of this company.

      Cons

      None that I can really think of...quite honestly. The mantra has always been one of support, team play, personal and professional growth. How can you say anything bad about that?

      * Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

      Cons

      * There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.

      Pros

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
