      Pros

      They only are a bunch of investors trying to cash in on Therapists! They dnt give CEu refunds

      Cons

      This is a bad company with bad area supervisors who dnt know how to support contracted SLps at schools and lead them to loose their jobs and h1b visas.

      * Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

      Cons

      * There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
