      Pros

      The pay is fair compared to other contract companies, they offer great bonuses and reimbursement funds, and there is a strong emphasis on mentoring and supervising. It is always easy to get in touch with my field manager with any therapy-related questions and my HR team for anything company-related! SSG also offers free continuing education opportunities throughout the year and really supports professional development.

      Cons

      They recently changed the health insurance plan and now it is pretty lousy, in my opinion. If you are married, I'd recommend trying to get on your spouse's plan if you are considering SSG.

      * Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

      Cons

      * There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.

      Pros

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
