Pros

The Stepping Stones Group is amazing to work for. I absolutely loved my interview process, they were so flexible and positive and also even coached me. I really felt like they were on my team and I'm so thankful for my relationship with them! I got phone calls every so often to check in and it was such a nice feeling. They truly care. Thank you so much, I hope they open up more LMFT positions soon!

Cons

Only difficulty for me was organization around reimbursements.

Pros

* Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

Cons

* There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.
