Pros

Not working for Stepping Stones, but with them, has been wonderful! The school district has used their services for many years. Their ability to find hard working, reliable, and knowledgeable SLPs is amazing!! Whenever in a pinch, we could rely on our wonderful contacts to find someone to fill a vacancy within a matter of days. LOVE this group!!!!

Cons

I haven't come across any!!

Pros

* Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

Cons

* There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.
