      They give benefits and allowance.

      Cons

      I had a very horrible experience. I was promised so much and they did not deliver. I have no idea who to speak to. Where you all even located? My emails get forwarded and forwarded and there seems to be no solutions. You are not responsive at all. I need so much help in my district and no one is there to help or assist me. My caseloads are insane. I have no one to turn to for help. I have been fed lies. Wolf in sheep clothing.

      * Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

      Cons

      * There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.

      You will work alongside many people who have a passion for special education services, whether you are a provider, admin or recruiter.

      Cons

      Frequent shifts in the management framework and structure over the last few years. Communication across teams is sometimes met with roadblocks.
