Pros

I have nothing but good to say about Stepping Stones! They helped me through the process with getting started in a new school district, when I had issues within the school district Steppingstones was very supportive and backed me up. They even sent me a laptop when the district wouldn’t provide me with one. When I had some life challenges this year they were there not only for me professionally but personally! I am so thankful for Stepping Stones especially Nicholette Cotton!!

Cons

I have no cons about Stepping Stones!

Pros

* Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

Cons

* There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.
