Pros

- Pay is negotiable - Recruiters are responsive and try to accomodate your requests - Company pays for and provides great mentorship. They hire an OT supervisor to be available to the team and answer any and all clinical reasoning questions to help with more challenging students and families - Would work with them again

Cons

- Can't think of anything

* Amazing and supportive recruiter * Incredible perks: stipends for professional development, wellness and licensing * W-2 * Highly supportive * Few documentation requirements * Efficient invoicing * Excellent effort to keep you in same district

Cons

* There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.
