Pros

The HR and related staff are very caring. They are helpful to those who might be struggling. The recruiter I have is very good and listens. Good company communication. Good company benefits. Are willing to help you with travel if you need it. If you are able to work in a different city and are adaptable to change this will be a very good job for you.

Cons

Can be lonely if you travel outside your state. Finding a place to live can be difficult to find. You work for the Stepping Stones Group and not the district you are working for so you are not part of any CBA.

Cons

* There's no central hub for all of Stepping Stones online resources. It's hard to keep track of where to find various resources, even when bookmarked.
